Jim joined KCC in 1986 after working in the legal departments of
two London Boroughs, a national retailing organisation and also in
private practice. Jim specialises in compulsory purchase and
compensation, as well as dealing with Commons and Village Greens
law issues, as well as in a range of highways related and
conveyancing matters and planning agreements.
