The Law Society Excellence Awards
Geoff Wild, Director of Governance & Law
won LMS Leader of the Year. The judges said that "Geoff leads
a service that makes a difference and is widely regarded as an
exceptional leader who continues to directly and decisively
contribute to the health and success of Kent County Council and the
whole of the UK public sector"

excellence in the profession across private practice, the public
sector , commerce and industry and the Bar.

on no less than eight other separate occasions since 1999.

Our Director of Law and
Governance Geoff Wild and the Legal Services Team have also
received national press coverage about their achievements.
The Lawyer identified Geoff as one of its 'Hot
100' lawyers for 2006, as a lawyer who had excelled in his chosen
field and is shaping the legal landscape. More recently he received
national coverage for his role as a consultant to a group of
Lincolnshire councils who want to emulate Kent's success in setting
up a legal team that works for both private and public sector
organisations.
