Teeline shorthand training
Introduction
Teeline is a simple-to-use shorthand system which can make
note and minute taking easy.
The course begins with a tutor-led 3/4 day introduction and
first lesson, followed by access to an on-line learning system over
a period of approximately 6 months.
Three further half-days and a final 3/4 day, tutor-led, session
will be provided over the course of the study period. Delegates may
take a formal shorthand speed test accredited by an examining body,
if desired on a separate date (to be advised).
Objectives
- To learn Teeline shorthand to enable quick and easy
note-taking
- To transcribe notes direct to a word processor
- To achieve a speed of 40-60 wpm
Cost: £175 per delegate
Duration: Approximately 6 months: 3/4-day
introduction/lesson, followed by 2 half-days and a final 3/4 day
tutor led session over the duration of the study period will be
provided.
