Assertive communication
Introduction
A highly interactive one-day workshop designed to equip you with
practical strategies for effective communication in situations that
matter. This programme is suitable for all staff who would find it
beneficial to develop their assertiveness, confidence and
communication skills in the workplace.
Objectives
By the end of the day you will:
