Introduction
To enable learners to organise and conduct an excellent civil
partnership registration and/or ceremony.
Course attendance: all staff conducting and registering civil
partnerships
Objectives
- Develop knowledge of the legalities for civil partnership
registrations
- Understand the requirements for civil partnership rehearsals
and ceremonies
- Develop familiarity and understanding of the ceremony script
for civil partnerships
- Develop familiarity and awareness of behaviour and roles of
both colleagues and customers throughout civil partnership
ceremonies
- Improve teamwork and reinforce customer care
- Be able to deal with unexpected situations
