Course attendance: all staff conducting civil marriages at approved premises

• Expanded interaction with colleagues and reinforced customer care
• Improve overall control of the whole ceremony
• Use personal address equipment professionally
• Enhance delivery of both Kent approved premise and approved premise          ceremonies

• Legalities of marriage
• Pre-marriage organisation
• Personal address system
• Vocal delivery and voice projection
• Diction/tone/pauses etc
• Breathing and exercises
