All of the tests below can be provided by Kent Learning and
Development, please get in touch for specific prices. The team is
experienced and we are all approved by the British Psychological
Society.
Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i)
The Bar-On EQ-i is the first scientifically validated and most
widely used Emotional Intelligence assessment in the world. Based
on over 20 years of research worldwide, the EQ-i highlights an
individual’s social and emotional strengths and weaknesses.
Occupational Personality Questionnaire
(OPQ)
The OPQ is a world leading personality test which measures 32
different areas of a person’s behaviour, to enable them to use
their talents more effectively and are fulfilled and motivated.
There are a number of different reports than can be produced from
the OPQ. These include development action planner, manager plus and
leadership report.
Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)
The PPA from Thomas International provides an insight into how
people behave at work, answering questions such as: What are their
strengths and limitations? Are they self-starters? How do they
communicate? What motivates them? It can raise awareness and
understanding about how people adapt their behaviour and
communication style to achieve the best outcome.
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychometric
questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how
people perceive the world and make decisions.
Customer Contact Styles Questionnaire
(CCSQ)
This questionnaire provides information on those aspects of
personality, which are important for sales and customer service. It
can be used for selection, training, development and placement
decisions.
Motivation Questionnaire (MQ)
By understanding what motivates their staff, managers can unlock
each individual’s full potential and direct their energies more
constructively. This questionnaire measures 18 dimensions of an
individual’s motivation, and provides a comprehensive understanding
of those situations which increase and reduce their motivation.
Verbal and numerical testing
This assessment measures a candidate's ability to comprehend
verbal and numerical reasoning at different levels.
