Introduction

The effective use of IT systems is essential for today’s business environment with many organisations relying on the internet and email to communicate with the public and other organisations.

One-to-one training

You will meet learning and development’s IT trainers for a 1 hour one-to-one session, aimed at addressing all of your IT learning needs. This session could cover any of the following areas:

• Word processing
• Internet browsing
• Email and calendar
• Spreadsheets
• General use of Windows and file management
