Effective decision making
Introduction
Decision making is an essential management skill. If you can
learn how to make timely, well-considered decisions, then you can
manage your team to well-deserved success.
A logical and systematic decision-making process helps managers
address the critical elements that result in a good decision. By
taking an organised approach, managers will be less likely to miss
important factors, and they can build on their approach to making
decisions better and better.
