Leading through collaboration and communication - save £17k to £349k in productivity costs

Introduction

Leading people and the organisation through collaboration and communication is a given for any successful business. Developing communication skills with your staff and stakeholders is key. A survey, including UK SMEs, showed that 70% of businesses due to poor communication skills lost on average 17.5 hours productive time each week at an annual cost of £17,383. It also estimated that a 100-strong company is wasting the equivalent of £3,498 for every employee and £349,830 every year by not resolving these communication issues.

This highly interactive workshop designed to equip you with practical strategies for effective communication in situations that matter. This programme is suitable for all owner managers and leaders who would find it beneficial to develop their assertiveness, confidence and communication skills in the workplace.

  • To examine how to focus less on the business plan and more on how to work together
  • How to develop the metrics on a collaborations progress
  • Examine how to use differences to creative value
  • Understand the importance of managing internal stakeholders as well as managing the relationship with your partner

Course content

This short course is fast and interactive examining key theories and principles and applying back into the workplace. It encourages further reflection and encourages the delegate to become an emergent leader whereby their leadership skills are honed by trial and success.
