Leading through change - how to keep your workforce engaged and
increase productivity
Introduction
Just 58.3% of employees state they are working productively,
what contribution could an increase of say just 10% deliver to your
companies profitability? When organisations restructure and
transform their workforce productivity can drop even further. How
do leaders and managers receive training to maintain the customer
focus and develop their people to meet future challenges? This
short training workshop will introduce how leadership will be the
driving force in transforming an organisation

Course content
This short workshop is fast and interactive examining key
theories and principles and applying back into the work place. It
encourages further reflection and encourages the delegate to become
an emergent leader whereby their leadership skills are honed by
trial and success
