Leading across boundaries - a leadership in place workshop

Introduction

The leadership in place training workshop seeks to overcome the fragmentation of service delivery. It focuses on integrating resources to support comprehensive community change. This new public service delivery approach is based on place based leadership, shared services and strategic and operational commissioning. It requires a new set of leadership rules and capabilities that transcend own organisation leadership thinking. The leadership in place workshop is about how to approach delivery of services by engaging with the community and multiple stakeholders.
