Introduction

This new quality leadership workshop is aimed at introducing managers to leadership concepts that are practical and form part of the toolkit. As leaders you need to keep your people engaged and productive in times of uncertainty and ambiguity. It will give you leadership behaviours and models that will allow you to return to the workplace personifying, demonstrating and communicating your leadership potential.

Objectives

Underpinned by key leadership models and practices:

• To understand action centred leadership working
• How to link leadership values to strategic leadership thinking
• To be disciplined in thought, actions and behaviour
• How to present a leadership self

Course Content

This short course is fast and interactive examining key leadership theories and principles and applying them back into the workplace. It encourages further reflection and encourages the delegate to become an emergent leader whereby their leadership skills are honed by trial and success..
