Good to great leadership - how to make your company last!
Introduction
This workshop is based on the best selling business principles
of 'Good to great: why some companies make the leap, and others
don't'. The premise is that being good is the enemy of being great
and you need to be great as you need to build your company to last.
Your leadership and your people will make the difference between
just being a good company and becoming a great company. Leading
people and teams is critical to the success of your company
and when effective management of resources is not enough - it is
leadership that will make the difference. This short course is to
introduce the key concepts of ‘what makes good to great leaders'
and why your company can make the leap!

Course Content
This short course is fast and interactive examining key theories
and principles and applying back into the workplace. It encourages
further reflection and encourages the delegate to become an
emergent leader whereby their leadership skills are honed by trial
and success.
