The executive leaders training programme 2030 - the Kent leadership programme

Introduction

This programme is for organisations that wish to invest in their current and future executives' education. The Executive Leaders Programme 2030 uses top leadership speakers and experts in the UK, internationally renowned academic leadership expertise, leadership events with world class organisations and access to international leadership expertise. It includes an global comparative study project to deliver ROI.

Objectives 

Using executive education modules that will develop high level thinking:

• To develop leadership character and courage to lead organisations.
• To develop executive leadership style and character, with courage, to lead organisations.
• Develop executive skills in working with people and partnerships across industry, national and cultural boundaries.
• Understanding complex business models delivering outcomes and growing the organisation.
• Enhancing leadership skills in creating innovation, empowerment and enterprise.
• Strategic visioning that delivers radicalism and urgency in leading corporate change.
• Testing corporate truth and judgement to create an ethos of corporate and social responsibility

Course content

• This course is over a 12 month period of executive executive and development allowing senior leaders to gain insights at an executive level with peers.
• The executive programme consists of five key modules, including two international visits to gain a valuable global perspective and experience. The programme also includes the unique ‘Crisis Leadership Exercise’ dealing with a corporate crisis in real time.
• World class speakers on leadership and strategy giving executive insights based on business success and sustainability.
• Executive leadership events with world class organisations developing corporate leadership that transcends nations and cultures.
• Executive project work that develops strategic vision and thinking, delivering insights and the clarity of purpose executives require.
