Operational management of flexible teams
Introduction
More and more staff are now able to work ‘flexibly’ – either at
home, in touchdown rooms, hot-desking at various locations, etc.
Managers/Team Leaders need the expertise to manage flexible teams
to ensure outputs and targets are being achieved, as well as being
familiar with other issues around this topic (e.g. leave requests,
sickness). This course aims to address these issues.
