Webinar - IT application training

Introduction

Using our innovative new webinar software we are now able to connect to up to 15 computers at a time to deliver a training session remotely. If you require application training in PowerPoint or Word for example this will be delivered on a 1-2-1 basis.

The software enables us to see what you are doing on your own computer screen and allows you to see what’s happening on ours. You will also be able to see and hear your trainer on-screen.

Outcomes

How webinars work

  • Click the link and be patient. Click 'Yes' or 'Run' on any dialog boxes that appear on screen.
  • The Netviewer dashboard will appear on the right-hand side of the screen, and a PowerPoint presentation will appear on the left.
  • Please ensure that your volume is up so that you can hear your trainer speak to you. (We recommend that you use headphones during the webinar)
