OneNote 2003 - IT training
Introduction
Use OneNote software to organise and arrange your notes and
re-search. No more scraps of paper or note books – all your notes,
to do lists, jottings, etc, are stored in a structured electronic
way on your computer.
The training course is hands-on and tutor-led with plenty of
time to practise.
Objectives
- Create sections
- Create pages and subpages
- Group pages
- Create folders
- Use containers
- Use flags
- Create numbered lists and outlines
- Search for text and flags
- Use the screen clipping tool
- Use inking methods (only for users with Tablet PCs)
Course content
The training course will cover
- Using OneNote to create a file structure to organise notes
- How to create sections and pages/subpages
- How to insert text on pages in containers and how to size,
move, copy and join/split these if necessary
- OneNote can be used to save content from web pages via the
screen clipping tool
- Tablet PC users will learn how to use inking methods, changing
pen type, etc
.
