Excel - Accelerated
Introduction
This training course is aimed at self-taught users of Excel with
some basic knowledge. The training course leads into higher level
use of the application. The training course is tutor led and
practical in nature. Delegates will have plenty of hands-on time to
practise skills learnt. A series of graded consolidation exercises
will be used to ensure an optimum learning experience.
Objectives
At the end of the course the delegate will know how to:
- Create a data series for dates, numbers and text
- Use autosum
- Calculate to add, subtract, divide, multiply and
percentages
- Use functions for Average, Min, Max, Count and If
- Use Absolute and Relative addressing
- Insert links
- Print whole workbooks and selections

- Explanation of and creating data series for dates, numbers and
text entries
- Using formulae to add, subtract, multiply, divide
- Calculating percentages
- Using basic functions: Average, Min, Max, Count
- Using the If function
- Using Absolute and Relative referencing and more
