LiveTime learning

Introduction
LiveTime learning is a suite of over 100 bite-sized interactive
training sessions that are delivered to you at your desk through
your computer. All of the sessions are 20 minutes in length
and are delivered 3 times per day at 09.30, 12.30 and 16.30, 5 days
per week. The sessions are delivered by experienced
facilitators and are highly interactive.
Not only can you access the live sessions but you can also
download previous sessions if you have accidently missed one.
By booking your LiveTime pass you can access as many sessions as
you wish for 12 months from registration.

Objectives
LiveTime improves workforce skills
LiveTime gives you actionable performance tips to use straight
away. It's ideal for training new recruits and graduates – as well
as managers and team leaders. Sessions are easy to digest, while
full programmes build advanced skills over time.

Course content
LiveTime Learning offers 100 sessions, grouped into 3
categories. These are:
- Management & Leadership skills
- Organisational & Business skills
- Communication & Interpersonal skills
Within each category there are series of individual training
sessions. Learners can follow the whole series to gradually build
skills, or just dip into individual ones.
1. Management and leadership skills
This category is broken down into 5 series made up of 29
sessions. It covers the key skills needed to manage performance and
get the most from people.

2. Business and organisational skills
This category comprises 7 series and 36 sessions. The category
is designed to equip people with the knowledge and skills to
perform better in any organisation, regardless of level.

3. Communication and interpersonal skills
The 35 sessions in this category are broken down into 7 series.
The knowledge is applicable to internal and external situations and
