E-Learning - Management and leadership
Introduction
Leadership is a complex process involving a wide range of
variables. It is not a simple matter of being born into the role,
nor a simple choice between styles. This course area contains
courses designed to enable a learner to analyse their own style and
to improve their overall leadership effectiveness.
Objectives
These e-learning packages are accessible from any computer. Many
of the courses are split into different modules with
questions/assessments at the end to check your understanding. You
will have access to the system for 6 months and you can start, stop
and restart the courses as you please.
