E-Learning - Personal effectiveness
Introduction
We all want to be more effective at work because this leads to
confidence, career advancement and better remuneration. So how do
we become more effective? By communicating better with other
people, being more decisive, negotiating effectively, making the
best use of our time, increasing our self esteem and improving
ourselves and our skills in many other ways. This series of courses
covers a wide range of topics but with one central theme: to widen
your knowledge and skills in ways that directly strengthen your
impact at work.
Objectives
These e-learning packages are accessible from any computer. Many
of the courses are split into different modules with
questions/assessments at the end to check your understanding. You
will have access to the system for 6 months and you can
start, stop and restart the courses as you please.
