Introduction
This training course is suitable for all those responsible for
managing decision making processes for both strategic and tactical
purposes.
Objectives
To provide delegates with an understanding of a model that
drives effective strategy, not just about crime, but for use in
relation to new or emerging problems in any organisation. ‘business
