Welcome to the South East coaching and mentoring network

Kent County Council have embedded a culture of ‘manager as coach’ within the organisation and as an off-shoot of its success, have formed the South East Coaching and Mentoring Network in partnership with Kent Fire and Rescue.

The Network now has over 165 members across a wide range of public sector organisations ensuring that there is a wealth of experience to draw upon.

  • Access to a pool of qualified coaches/mentors on a reciprocal basis with no charge to members
  • On-line matching tool
  • Corporate membership to the Association of Coaching
  • Group supervision
  • Co-coaching
  • Two CPD events a year featuring key note speakers
