As landlord, KCC is legally obliged to carry out an annual inspection to ensure all gas supply, heaters, boilers and flues are in full working order and do not present a risk of carbon monoxide emissions. Property Group arranges these inspections via a Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA), which is run by Gas Safe registered contractors and managed by the building maintenance zone consultants.
