Electrical testing

Full electrical tests are carried out on all Kent County Council properties on a 5 year rolling programme by appointed contractors. Annual electrical tests are carried out on all mobile classrooms and kitchens at schools under Planned Preventative Maintenance Agreements. These tests identify non-compliance with the relevant British Standards and statutory requirements and, if necessary, recommendations for remedial works are made.
