Planned maintenance agreements 2010-2014

Contracts have been awarded for the 2010 to 2014 Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMA). View a list of the PMA contractors (PDF, 11k) for each zone.

The following visits are a mandatory requirement:

• boiler servicing
• lift servicing
• fire alarm and emergency lighting servicing
• five year electrical testing
• catering equipment and kitchen gas testing
• water hygiene risk assessments

Where schools and KCC sites make their own servicing arrangements documentary evidence that the work has been carried out must be provided to Property & Infrastructure Support for their records.
