Building maintenance - checklist

A checklist has been developed for use by schools as a useful guide to help ensure regular servicing / maintenance of plant and equipment is carried out.

Please note the checklist is not exhaustive and may need to be updated on completion of any building projects and / or the installation of new plant or equipment.

This document will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure it accounts for changes in legislation.
