KCC's current building maintenance contract arrangements came
into effect on 1 April 2009.
The county is split into
three geographical zones (PDF, 2mb) and each zone has its
own dedicated consultant as follows:
- Zone 1: Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Dartford,
Gravesham - AECOM
- Zone 2: Shepway, Ashford, Maidstone, Tonbridge
& Malling - Mouchel
- Zone 3: Swale, Canterbury, Thanet, Dover -

Each consultant provides a dedicated point of contact enabling
more localised service delivery and a better understanding of
client issues. Performance in each zone is regularly monitored to
ensure high quality.
All building maintenance problems or queries should be reported
to the Property Service Desk on 0845 3000346. This
telephone number should also be used for all out-of-hours
emergencies.
