KCC land and property

Kent County Council is one of the largest property owners and developers in the county.

The council provides a diverse range of services which are delivered from a variety of properties, including schools, day centres, offices, libraries, youth and community centres and country parks.

KCC Property & Infrastructure Support is responsible for:

• Managing KCC’s land and property so it meets service needs
• Selling surplus land and property
• Maintaining existing buildings
• Making sure KCC’s buildings are accessible to the public
• Ensuring construction projects are completed on time and within budget
• Offering professional advice and support
