Paying your KentCare account online using BillPay
If you have a social services KentCare account, you can now pay
your bill online using the BillPay service.
BillPay is a payment method developed by Alliance and
Leicester Commercial Bank that allows business or personal
customers of any UK bank or building society who hold a debit card
to make regular or one-off payments online.
You can only use BillPay if you have a KentCare Account and are
receiving and paying for one of the following:
- Home Care (Domiciliary care)
- Nursing Care
- Residential Care
- Respite Care
About paying your bill online
BillPay is easy to use, secure and operates 24 hours a day,
seven days a week from anywhere where you have access to the
internet.

stores and transmits data in a secure and confidential manner.
There is a strict data protection policy in place and Girobank

Your card details are not retained on any of our systems once
the transaction is completed.
Payment requests using BillPay are subject to authorisation and
clearance timescales.

If you have used BillPay beforeIf you have already registered to
use BillPay before then you can pay your Kent Care Account Bill now
by logging on to Girobank's secure BillPay website.
Register to use BillPay
If you have not used BillPay before to make payments to Kent
County Council, you will need to register to use BillPay.
Find instructions on how to register as a
first time user.
Forgotten passwords
If you have forgotten your password to log in with, select the
'forgotten your password?' button on the first Girobank Billpay
page.
You will then be required to enter your email address, and your
password will then be emailed to you.
Client reference and area account
Your client reference number is shown on the top of the KentCare
account bill and on the tear off slip.
Your area account will also show up on your KentCare account
bill as ESK or WSK.
