  Care services cover residential homes, nursing homes and care in your own home, which includes washing, dressing and other help with personal care.

  The Supporting People Programme in Kent is providing advice and help to vulnerable people to live independently, and prevent the problems that can cause people to become homeless, build up debt or arrears, need hospital or move into care.
  
• Supported Accommodation and Extra Care Housing
  Housing schemes for people who may be older, have a learning or physical disability or have mental health problems.
