Riverside Day Services consultation

Since September 2011 we have been talking to you about moving away from the Riverside building in Tonbridge and using other local community buildings in the town centre. The current Riverside building is very small and is not accessible to people who use wheelchairs or have mobility issues. The group are already using other
community facilities in the town centre and so only use the Riverside building 2 days
a week.

We took your views to the Cabinet Member for Kent Families and Social Care.  Our proposals that Riverside Day Service should move away from the Riverside building
and be based in shared local community facilities were agreed.
