Kent Supported Employment

Kent Supported
Employment (KSE) can provide support for people with a
disability who are looking for a job.
We support you to have the same chance to get jobs as
non-disabled people and can provide you with an employment
advisor who will meet with you on a regular basis and provide
tailored help to prepare you for work.
This ongoing support helps you to retain a job
and progress and develop in that job role.
We also provide people who are looking to recruit to a role
with the right help and support so that both the employer and the
employee have a positive experience of employment.
