Needs Assessment for adults
A Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) is the means by which
Primary Care Trusts and Local Authorities describe the future
health, social care and wellbeing needs of local populations.
This report looks at need, demand and
supply of health and social services.
The recommendations of this report will shape the future
investment and direction of services and will seek to define
achievable improvements in health and wellbeing outcomes for Kent
people, and to give existing and potential providers of services
information about the scale of change.

Observatory website.
