Kent Adult Social Services (KASS) invited tenders on behalf of
the NHS West Kent
Primary Care Trust (NHS West Kent) for a 3 year contract to
provide a crisis or emergency enhanced support service at a
person's home (possibly including night sitting). The service is
short term and delivered for a maximum of 6 weeks.
This contract was open to submission from Care Quality Commission (CQC)
registered domiciliary providers who have current Approved Provider
status or a current Service Agreement with West Kent Adult Social
Services and a proven record of delivering care and support to
people with dementia and their carers.
