Change or submit your business details
You need to complete our business information questionnaire if
you are a social care provider in one of the following
circumstances:
- You are a new provider of older persons residential services
and you wish to contract with us
- You are an existing provider of older persons residential
services holding a contract with us wishing to apply for an
additional older persons service
- You hold a contract with us but are in the process of selling
your business to another provider;
- You are in the process of changing your organisation’s name or
legal status
- You are buying an existing care service that holds a contract
with Kent County Council
- You are a provider of older persons, learning disability,
physical disability or mental health residential wishing to reduce
your contract price
- You are a provider of domiciliary care and you want to become
an
approved provider of a domiciliary care service for Kent County
Council
