Customer impact assessment report
Customer (equalities) impact assessments are designed to help
managers understand how policies and services they design could
affect Kent residents and staff from all communities.
It enables policy and service managers to identify the potential
impact of a policy, procedure, project or service on the residents
of Kent and Kent County Council’s workforce.
Equality impact assessments
The Customer impact assessment (initial screening of the
modernisation of older people's services policy) concluded
that a full equality impact assessment should be conducted on each
of the 11 units being reviewed as part of the Older People's
Futures consultation.
The equality impact assessments are provided below for each unit
(where available).
