Directorate has developed an updated contract for placements within
independent sector Children's Homes.
To ensure that the documentation is fit for purpose for both
providers and Kent County Council, we asked you if you could pass
any comments or suggestions on to us.
We would like to thank the organisations who participated in the
consultation.
All your views were taken into account and seriously considered for
inclusion in the final documents.

The Voluntary Sector Service Grant Agreement Consultation
Document. |
| Description: |
Kent County Council Social Services directorate has developed a
standardised agreement for use with the voluntary sector,
encompassing terms and conditions that take account of the
Kent
Compact. We are proposing that the Service Grant Agreement
replace all existing Service Agency Agreements, and be adopted when
purchasing future services with the voluntary sector.
