Kent Adult Social Services e-tendering website is open to all
providers of social care services in Kent.
You can complete contract and tender documents online for
various social care categories and types.

Important note: before proceeding to open tenders please check
whether you should first complete the 'business information
questionnaire' (details below). This BIQ does not apply to
providers wishing to tender for Domicilliary Care Services for
Better Homes Active Lives PFI.
Kent Adult Social Services invite tenders for the following
provisions:
Recently closed tenders
Business information questionnaire (Not applicable to
Domicilliary Care Services for Better Homes Active Lives PFI)
Kent Adult Social Services require providers of social care to
complete the following Business information questionnaire if you
are a social care provider:
- new to Kent (older persons care homes
only)
- holding a contract with Kent County Council, and in the process
of selling the existing care service
- buying an existing care service that holds a contract with Kent
County Council
- reducing your contract price
The Business information questionnaire must be
completed and submitted to process the above tenders and contract
changes. The questions you will be asked include:
- the type of service you represent
- the type of organisation you are
- legal status
- equalities legislation
- undertaking of the parties
Before you progress you must agree with the
terms, conditions and specification for the service you wish to
provide.
Please note that the Business information questionnaire will
take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Once the completed
Business information questionnaire is submitted you will receive a
copy of your form by email.
