Do I need to be referred?

No, you can be referred by your GP, your Social Worker or any other professional you are working with, but you can also refer yourself by just calling in. Some find it helpful to have a friend or relative with them on the first visit. A telephone call beforehand will help staff to prepare some time to spend with you.

If, after looking round, you would like to return, a short member application form will be given to you to complete. Staff will then have a clearer idea of how best to help you.
