TeleHealth in the news

The aim of the TeleHealth project is to help clients with
chronic diseases to better manage their own health needs. By
monitoring them from a distance and increasing their awareness of
their condition, the TeleHealth project hopes to reduce hospital
admissions and increase early interventions, which will help people
to live more independent lives.
