The Smart Houses

To help you understand how the Telecare equipment works within a home environment, Kent County Council and their partners have introduced "Smart Houses" throughout Kent.

The "Smart Houses" are fully equipped with Telecare equipment and have live sensors and detectors installed linked to a monitoring centre.

The houses are used for live demonstrations of the system to anyone interested in learning more about Telecare. If you are a professional, carer, family member or user of Telecare, you can make an appointment to visit a Smart house by contacting Jan Kalinski.
