If you have no key holder contacts, or your key holder
contacts are not available to attend a call out, someone from the
community response service will be able to attend.
If a physical response service is required, the response workers
will carry out an initial assessment of the situation.
They will remain in contact with the monitoring centre, and will
inform them of the situation. They will advise if secondary action,
such as a hospital admission is needed.
The monitoring centre will advise any of your key holder
contacts that you feel should know about an outcome to the call
out.
