What happens if a service user triggers an alarm?

The keyholder / carer is the first port of call. KCC have in place a range of 24 hour response services currently covering Maidstone, Tonbridge & Malling and Swale.

This service is provided as part of the Telecare service and is used for individuals who need extra back up. In some cases the emergency services are called.

As new parts of the county begin offering a Telecare service, appropriate response services will be identified to respond to alerts from the monitoring centre in each geographical area.
