Community Legal Services Direct provides free information, help and advice direct to the public on a range of common legal issues, and is available via a national helpline (0845 345 4345) and a website, Community Legal Services Direct (this link will open in a new window).

The website can also be used to search for details of solicitors in your area and will say if they offer Legal Aid or are fee charging.
