Kent County Council Children's Social Services welcomes
all comments, complaints and compliments.
You have the right to receive a good level of service. Hearing
the views of the public helps us to improve our services. You can
help us improve by making complaints, comments or compliments about
the work we do.
You can make a complaint about our services whether you are a
user of them or not. If you are a user of our services and have a
complaint to make we have a three-stage procedure. If you are not a
user, there is only one stage of complaint. You will not be
disadvantaged in any way by making a complaint or comment about our
service.
We are only required to deal with complaints about events that
happened within the last twelve months. Please contact the Customer
Care team for further advice if your complaint is outside this
timescale.
