Making a complaint, compliment or comment about Adult Social
Services

We don't just want to know when things go well, we also
want to know when things go wrong. If you are a user of our
services and have a complaint to make we have a three-stage
procedure. This is described on this page.
People who do not use our services can also make a complaint and
have their complaint responded to. You will not be disadvantaged in
any way by making a complaint or comment about the service.
It is not possible for the Adult Services complaints procedure
to change decisions made by a Court of Law. You are encouraged to
raise your complaint as soon as possible. Kent Adult Services is
not required to accept complaints made more than a year after the
event, each complaint will, however, be considered
individually.
