Contact us via our online forms, complete an online application
for a Blue Badge or Self-Assessment and find details of our local
offices.
If you wish to make a new referral you will need to contact the
County Duty Service. This is the main access point for people
wanting to contact social services concerning themselves or
others.
If you would like any form of communication with us in an
alternative format, or would like an interpreter present at
meetings, we can arrange this for you.
We aim to give our customers an effective service at all times,
but if you are dissatisfied you have the right to complain. We
value complaints and take them seriously because they can help us
improve our service.
Not every crisis occurs during office hours. The Out of Hours
Service can offer advice or help to ensure that waiting does not
mean vulnerable people being at risk.
Local involvement networks are set to replace Patient and Public
Involvement Forums across the country, covering both health care
and social care issues.
