Find out more about the ways you can contact Kent Social Services.

If you wish to make a new referral you will need to contact the County Duty Service. This is the main access point for people wanting to contact social services concerning themselves or others.

If you would like any form of communication with us in an alternative format, or would like an interpreter present at meetings, we can arrange this for you.

We aim to give our customers quality services that, as far as possible meet the needs of the people that use them. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you have the right to complain. We are always looking at ways of improving our services and your views are valuable in helping us to achieve this.

Not every crisis occurs during office hours. The Out of Hours Service can offer advice, support and help to ensure that vulnerable people are not left at risk.

Local involvement networks are set to replace Patient and Public Involvement Forums across the country, covering both health care and social care issues.
