Can a badge be issued to a home or an organisation?

Yes, these are called 'Institutional badges'. An application for one of these can be made on behalf of a Home or Organisation that is seen to cater for an adequate number of individuals and/or has vehicles especially adapted to transport disabled persons. You are advised to telephone the department for advice before making an application. Institutional badges are issued at the discretion of the department.
